You'll need to click on the 'sign up now' button on the homepage and subscribe to our monthly subscription, by adding the subscription service to your basket. Once you checkout and complete the purchase for the subscription you'll receive an email to activate your account.

Once activated, you'll have access to the 'My Account' section, which grants you permission to the Nala Marketplace portal and then you can start listing your outfits with us!

For £4.99 a month, you'll become a Seller at Nala, and you'll have access to the Nala Marketplace portal to list your items.

The answer is simply no! There is no time period. As long as you are a subscribed member, with a rolling monthly membership your listing will stay on there until its purchased!

The item will not appear on Nala Marketplace straight away, however they will appear on there soon after! We will approve items within a 24 hour window. Rest assured we are super speedy and there is a designated team who will be working through your listings, so it's likely to be a lot sooner! We want to ensure you have included all the necessary information, the more information you provide, the more likely it is that your item will sell.

There are no hidden fees here. Nala prides itself on being a value for money proposition. At £4.99 a month for a Nala Membership you are able to list as many items as you wish. A 5% commission is also automatically deducted from the final price the item is sold for. This is used as an admin fee used to cover the cost of the transaction. 

All purchases are final and no returns can be made. Nala is solely used as a platform to showcase your items, it is therefore at the sellers discretion whether they would be happy to receive a returned item or not. 

You can ask the Seller the question if they’ll allow you to meet to try the outfit on. It is the sellers discretion.

The shipping fee is determined by the weight of the item and the dimensions of the package that the item will be shipped in.  The buyer is responsible for the payment of the shipping fee. You can check the shipping fee by adding the item to your basket.
